Absolute Industries, L.L.C., was formed back in November of 1998 by brothers Jeff and Mike DeMore to pursue their interests in the finance and real estate industries. Their goal was to create a growing company that would stand for values, and integrity that is seen far too little today in the workplace.

Absolute Industries started in the check cashing industry. Jeff and Mike began by purchasing two armored vans. They would travel around Phoenix cashing payroll checks at construction sites and local factories. During that same time period the brothers saw that there was an opportunity in the Phoenix market for affordable rental properties. They began purchasing properties and quickly grew their rental portfolio. While still cashing checks at many of the construction sites, it wasn't long before truckers began to approach the vans wanting to get cash for their invoices immediately. The brothers saw this as an opportunity. They formed Phoenix Capital Group (PCG) and quickly began factoring trucker's invoices.

As word got around town about the way that PCG conducted business, PCG soon had a strong following of customers. Always on the lookout for new ventures, the brothers, after supporting the drivers, soon realized the opportunity that was available with a truck brokerage. It did not take them long to form Absolute Transport and to hire their first employee in 2001.

As their companies continued to prosper, the brothers realized that it was time to quit buying rental properties from other builders and to start building their own. From this idea DeMore Development was formed. They soon started to build affordable, infill housing throughout the Phoenix area. DeMore Development continues to enjoy considerable growth as it continues to help make the American dream of home ownership a reality by offering affordable housing even in the face of the ever increasing costs of materials.

With the carriers and clients of Absolute Transport and Phoenix Capital Group the DeMore brothers realized there was a growing need for an equipment finance company that specialized in over the road equipment for the trucking industry. To meet this need, the brothers formed APL and have been financing equipment ever since for Absolute Transport's carriers and PCG's clients.

In January of 2003 a tragedy struck the family and Jeff unexpectedly passed away leaving behind his family to carry on his dreams and aspirations for Absolute Industries. Each family member has risen to the challenge to create a company dedicated to the values and integrity that were so important to Jeff. In early 2003, Mike realized the need to focus on the core businesses and, even though it was the start of Absolute Industries sold the check cashing business.

Absolute Transport in now part of the growing DeMore Companies, Inc. Absolute Transport and the other DeMore Companies recently moved their Corporate Headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. Absolute Transport and the rest of the DeMore Companies continue to set the standard for commitment to high standards and integrity in both the workplace and the community. Mike DeMore and all members of the Absolute team stand together as a family and continue to live to the high standards set by Jeff.

In late 2005, the decision was made to take Absolute to the next level of customer support. To reach that goal, we have added a number of quality freight agents to meet the growing needs of the shipping community but we have only begun.
