A primary component of the Absolute Transport growth strategy is the regular enhancement of its information systems. The Company has invested and will continue to invest significant management and financial resources to the enhancement of its information systems in an effort to provide accurate and real time information to its management and customers. The Company believes the ability to provide accurate real time information on the status of shipments, both internally (to ensure on-time delivery and efficient operations) and to customers, will become increasingly important. The Company believes that its efforts in this area will result in both competitive service advantages and increased productivity throughout Absolute Transport.

Absolute Transport has spent a lot of time and resources enhancing a basic trucking software program called Arcline Software. With its comprehensive freight order entry, tracking, settlement and billing system, the Company was able to link all of its terminals, call centers, and branch's together. Arcline Software allows the Company to track and trace a shipment from initial entry through the transportation process to the point of delivery and through the billing and collection process. Through the system, management can access a multitude of reports including daily load information, efficiency, financial data, etc. covering the entire network, a particular location, a particular customer or a specific shipment.

Customers can utilize the Absolute Transport web page to track its shipments enroute via satellite tracking. With the knowledge of a trip or load reference number, date of shipment, or pickup and delivery point, the customer can see the exact location of its freight.
